Deborah L. Flake D.V.M.

Deborah L. Flake, D.V.M. is a graduate of North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine and is the founder, proud owner, and solo practitioner of Chip My Pet, LLC and the Animal Wellness Clinic.  She is also the owner of Keystone Mobile Veterinary Services.  Prior to veterinary school, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Wilson College in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania and her Master of Science degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.  After veterinary school, she completed one year of special training in small exotic mammal care and, more recently, has been preparing for certification in canine rehabilitation, integrative medicine, osteopathy and acupuncture.

Dr. Flake is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is USDA accredited.

  She is the member of various professional organizations, adhering to their rigid requirements for providing exceptional pet care.
